Main scientific tasks:

• Study of the methods for improving the accuracy, operation speed, interference immunity of electromagnetic, optoelectronic measuring systems, creation of high-efficient basic hardware and software for monitoring and diagnostic of technological and natural objects;
• Study of the measuring methods in the systems of generation, conversion and distribution of energy, and development of multi-function information-measuring systems.
• Development of new measuring methods and facilities for their implementation;
• Research and development of new sensor systems based on the impedance transducers of temperature and electric conductivity in order to increase their sensitivity and stability;
• Development of information-measuring systems to measure the set of electrical quantities on AC of power frequency for power apparatus diagnostics;
• Development of measuring apparatus and systems to characterize the properties of high- and low-coercivity materials.
