THE PROMPT STRUCTURE IDENTIFICATION OF POWER SYSTEMS CUTSETS BY USING POLYNOMIAL MODELS AND THE RESULTS OF SYNCHRONIZED MEASURING OF VOLTAGE PHASORS

The way of identifying of controlled cutsets of power system (PS) is proposed. This way implies the use at the PS's control center current results of synchronized measuring of voltage phasors at the several PS objects and the models constructed by using the inductive method of self-organizing models of complex systems.
